RATES AND RESERVATIONS

GENERAL POLICY

• We prefer a one-week minimum on all reservations with Saturday to Saturday arrival and departure. However, we are open to your requirements.
• All rates are in US dollars (USD)
• $400.00 USD security/damage deposit require on all reservations in a separate check. After your stay is completed and the property is inspected your check will be returned to you if no damages. If damages, then an amount associated with the damage will be deducted.
• Check in: 3:00 PM (central time)
• Check out: 12:00 Noon (central time)
• No pets allowed.
• No smoking allowed in any building or structure.
  

PAYMENT POLICY

• 50% deposit at time of reservation.
• Total payment due 60 days prior to arrival.
• Personal checks on US Banks or Money Orders. No credit cards.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• 100% refund if cancellation is made 60 days in advance of arrival date less 10% for administrative fee.
• If cancellation is less than 60 days in advance of arrival date, those rooms rebooked will be refunded. If the rooms cannot be rebooked, the deposit will not be refunded, but can apply to a future rental.
  

RENTAL RATES

Season: November 1, 2009 to April 30, 2010; Casa Bonita (2 bedrooms and bathes) 4 people is $2450.00/wk. The Palapa (1 bedroom and bath) and full kitchen is $1350.00/wk. Includes swimming pool. The Estudio (2 beds and 1 bath) 4 people is $840.00/wk.

Holidays: December 19, 2009 to January 9, 2010; Both the Casa Bonita and Estudio will be rented as one unit. The rate is $4000.00/wk.

Summer: May 1 to October 31, 2009: Casita Bonita (2 bedrooms and bathes) 4 people is $2000.00/wk. The Palapa (1 bedroom and bath) and full kitchen, 2 people is $1400.00/wk. includes swimming pool. The Estudio (2 beds and 1 bath) 2 people is $840.00/wk.

Reservations: 50% of the total rental is required to make a reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to the rental time. At this time a damage deposit of $400.00 is also due. This check will not be cashed unless there are damages. It will be returned following your departure.
